1. Using Mericati
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell on Mericati. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
2. Listing items
You may only list items you own and are legally allowed to sell. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) weapons, medicines, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items that violate any applicable law. We may remove listings that breach these rules at any time.
3. Buying & seller fees
Buyers pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping. Sellers pay a success fee only when an item sells; your first 10 listings are free. Fees are displayed before you publish a listing.
4. Buyer protection & payments
Payments are held by Mericati and released to the seller once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. If an item does not arrive or is materially different from its listing, the buyer is entitled to a full refund under our Buyer Protection program.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not manipulate prices, harvest user data, upload malicious content, complete transactions outside the platform to avoid fees, or impersonate others. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
6. Liability
Mericati provides a venue for transactions between users and is not a party to the sale itself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
